Easy Rum Punch

Ingredients
  Rum 2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
  Lemon juice 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Brandy 1 Dash
  Plain syrup 2 Dash
  Soda water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Needed, To Fill Glass)
  Crushed ice 8 Ounce (1/2 Shakerful)
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a shaker, half fill with broken ice.
2. Add Rum, Lemon Juice, Plain Syrup and Brandy; shake well.

SERVING
3. Into a large wine glass, strain drink mixture.
4. Pour enough soda to fill glass.

TIPS
Use Gin, Brandy, Sherry or Whisky in place of Rum for varied tastes.
