Ingredients
  Sweet cider 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raw cranberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine cranberries and seeds and coarsely blend.
2. Add to a punch bowl.
3. Stir in the cider.
4. Chill well.

SERVING
5. Ladle into glass and serve.
