Northern Punch

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Sugar syrup/Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Brandy 750 Milliliter (1/2 Bottle)
  Light rum 750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Grated nutmeg 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, add in the egg yolks. Beat till it becomes smooth.
2) In another bowl, add in the egg whites. Whip to get stiff peaks.
3) Gently fold in the egg yolks into the whites.
4) Add in sugar. Mix gently.
5) Into a warmed punch bowl, add in the mixture.

SERVING
6) Next, pour in the brandy and rum.
7) Serve the Northern Punch sprinkled with nutmeg.
