Classic Claret Punch

Ingredients
  Ice 5 (As Required)
  Fresh orange/Canned, unsweetened juice - 12 tablespoons 3 , juiced
  Fresh lemon 3 , juiced
  Sugar/Sugar syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Angostura bitters 1 Teaspoon
  Pineapple chunks 8 Ounce
  Brandy 750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Claret 1500 Milliliter (2 Bottles)
  Soda water 1⁄2 Quart (1/2 Siphon)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a punch bowl, add in the ice.
2) Add in orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, angostura bitters, pineapple chunks, brandy and claret.
3) Stir well.

SERVING
4) Add in soda water to the punch just before serving.
