Sparkling Punch

Ingredients
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar/Sugar syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Brandy 250 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Claret 250 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Soda water 500 Milliliter (1/2 Siphone)
  Fresh strawberries/Raspberries 2 Tablespoon
  Champagne 1 1⁄2 Liter (2 Bottles)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a punch bowl, add in ice.
2) Mix in sugar, brandy and claret.
3) Stir well.
4) Add in the soda water next.
5) Stir well.

SERVING
6) Garnish the punch with fresh fruits.
7) Pour in champagne just before serving.
