Ingredients
  Rhubarb 1 Pound, diced (fresh or frozen)
  Low calorie orange carbonated beverage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low calorie citrus flavor carbonated beverage 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
  Low calorie ginger ale 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Low calorie raspberry flavored carbonated beverage 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rum extract 3 Teaspoon
  Pineapple extract 2 Teaspoon
  Brandy extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 6 Inch (2 sticks, 3 inches long)
  Whole cardamom 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , sliced
  Whole cloves 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, place the rhubarb and orange beverage.
2) Cover and simmer the mixture until rhubarb is tender.
3) Add sweetener, to the mixture.
4) Let the mixture cool.

FINALIZING
5) In a food processor, place the rhubarb mixture until pureed.
6) In a bowl, mi together, rhubarb puree, citrus beverage, ginger ale, raspberry beverage, lemon and lime juices, rum, pineapple and brandy extracts.
7) Half fill the punch glasses with ice and pour the rhubarb mixture to fill the glasses.

SERVING
8) Serve chilled and garnish with spices and lemon slices.
