1) In 2 1/3 cups of boiling water, steep the tea and spices for about 5 minutes.
2) Add the sugar and stir well till it has dissolved.
3) Allow the mixture to cool and then add the fruit juices along with 1 1/2 cups of water.
4) Chill the mixture.
5) Serve chilled, over ice, as a party beverage or a starter drink.
