Fruity Cranberry Punch
|Cranberry juice||4 Cup (64 tbs), chilled|
|Pineapple juice||4 Cup (64 tbs), chilled|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs), divided|
|Almond extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Strawberry ice cream||1⁄2 Gallon, softened|
|Whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||1 Liter, chilled|
In a large punch bowl, combine juices, 1-1/2 cups sugar, almond extract and ice cream.
Refrigerate until serving.
Just before serving, beat cream in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add the remaining sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
Whisk gently into chilled juice mixture.
Add ginger ale.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
