High Potassium Punch

Ingredients
  Dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped, pitted
  Banana 1 , sliced
  Low sodium low fat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 4 , crushed
Directions

MAKING
1.In the blender container, add in all ingredients.
2. Blend well to get a creamy and smooth punch.

SERVING
3.Take 4 chilled glasses, and pour punch into this.
4. Top with nutmeg or cinnamon and serve.
