Hot Mulled Apple Punch

Ingredients
  Apple juice/Cider 3 Quart
  Apple 1 , cored and cut into very thin rounds
  Whole cloves 6
  Allspice berries 6
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Tea bags 4
  Thin lemon slices 8
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a 4-quart saucepan, pour the cider or apple juice.
2) Stick the cloves in the apple slices and add them to the pan.
3) Add the cinnamon stick and allspaice and mix well.
4) Cover the pan and bring the ingredients to a simmer over medium heat.
5) Take the pan off the heat and add the tea bags. Cover the pan once again and steep for about 15 minutes.

FINALIZING
6) Take out the tea bags.
7) Ladle the preparation into mugs. Use a lemon slice and an apple slice to garnish each serving.

SERVING
8) Serve right away.
