|Apricot nectar||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Strong tea/Comfrey /alfalfa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned unsweetened crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Medium)|
|Sparkling water||1 Pint|
|Ginger ale||1 Quart|
1) In ice cube trays, add apricot nectar and freeze to make 2-3 doz cubes.
2) In a bowl, add honey, pour hot tea over the honey, stir well; now add the orange and lemon juice , chill.
3) In a punch bowls, place fruit juice cubes , add the tea, juice mixture, finally add crushed pineapple, sparkling water and ginger ale, just before serving.
3) Garnish with sprigs of mint and serve chilled.
