Summertime Fruit Punch
|Orange||1 , rind grated|
|Lemon||1 , rind grated|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Almond extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh orange juice||3 Cup (48 tbs), strained|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), strained|
|Cranberry juice||48 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Ginger ale||1 Quart|
1) In a medium saucepan, combine together the orange and lemon rind, water and sugar.
2) Bring mixture to a boil and then cook over low flame for about 5 minutes. Allow concoction to chill.
3) Stir the almond extract and fruit juice into the cooled mixture.
4) Pour all over ice and stir the ginger ale in the concoction.
5) Serve chilled.
