Pineapple Punch

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple juice 46 Ounce, chilled (1 Can)
  Cranberry juice cocktail 3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled
  Bottled ginger ale 33 3⁄4 Ounce, chilled (1 Bottle)
  Light rum 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat oil in a Dutch oven and fry roast untl golden brown from all sides.
2.In a bowl ,put beer, tomato sauce, and onion soup mix.
3.Put the beer mixture over the roast and let the ingredients cook for 2 hours.
4.Once done, put green pepper on roast and cook for 45 more minutes till the roast is chewy.

SERVING
5.Serve with sauce.
