Sunset Punch

Ingredients
  Watermelon 3 Pound (1.5 Kilogram)
  Watermelon juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soda water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Syrup To Taste
  Watermelon balls 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple wedges 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mint leaves 10
Directions

Cut watermelon in half and cut out the red flesh, including 1 cm (1/2 inch) white rind.
Make 1 cup of watermelon balls (or dice into small cubes).
Remove seeds from remaining flesh and put in a blender or mash well.
Strain pulp through a wire strainer.
Mix fruit juices and fruit.
Chill well.
Just before serving add soda water and a little syrup if necessary.
Pour into punch glasses and garnish with watermelon balls and pineapple wedges or segments of fruit.
Makes 12-18 punch glasses.
