|Minced mint||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cucumber rind||1 , cut in long strips (Rind 1 Cucumber)|
|Grape juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||12 Ounce (1 Bottle, 1 1/2 Cup)|
|Carbonated water||12 Ounce (1 Bottle, 1 1/2 Cup)|
|Ice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange slices||3 (For Garnishing)|
|Lemon slices||3 (For Garnishing)|
Pour tea over mint.
Add lemon juice, orange juice, syrup, salt, and cucumber rind.
Let stand until cool, then strain and chill.
Just before serving, add grape juice, ginger ale, and carbonated water.
Pour into a pitcher half full of ice.
Garnish with thin slices of orange and lemon, and mint if desired.
