Ingredients
  Tea 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hot)
  Minced mint 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cucumber rind 1 , cut in long strips (Rind 1 Cucumber)
  Grape juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ginger ale 12 Ounce (1 Bottle, 1 1/2 Cup)
  Carbonated water 12 Ounce (1 Bottle, 1 1/2 Cup)
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange slices 3 (For Garnishing)
  Lemon slices 3 (For Garnishing)
Directions

Pour tea over mint.
Add lemon juice, orange juice, syrup, salt, and cucumber rind.
Let stand until cool, then strain and chill.
Just before serving, add grape juice, ginger ale, and carbonated water.
Pour into a pitcher half full of ice.
Garnish with thin slices of orange and lemon, and mint if desired.
