Basic Tea Formula For Punch

Ingredients
  Water 1 Quart
  Tea/12 tea bags 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (In Bulk)
Directions

In a saucepan bring the water to a rolling boil.
Remove from the heat.
Add the tea immediately and let steep five minutes.
Stir and, if bulk tea was used, strain.
If tea bags were used, remove them.
Cool the tea to room temperature.
