Holiday Cranberry Punch
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Pumpkin pie spice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned jellied cranberry sauce||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
Mix brown sugar, 1 cup of the water and the pumpkin pie spice in Dutch oven.
Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir until sugar is dissolved; remove from heat.
Stir in cranberry sauce until well blended.
Stir in remaining water, the lemon juice and orange juice concentrate.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
