Champagne Party Punch
|Cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oranges||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into wedges|
|Sauterne||1 1⁄2 Liter, chilled (2 Fifths)|
|Cognac||3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled|
|Champagne||4 1⁄2 Liter, chilled (6 Fifths)|
|Carbonated water||8 Cup (128 tbs), chilled|
Place cranberries, green grapes, and orange wedges on a foil-lined baking sheet Freeze fruit Before serving, combine sauterne and cognac in a punch bowl.
Resting bottles on rim of bowl, carefully pour in champagne and carbonated water.
Add frozen fruits, stirring gently to mix.
