|Seedless green grapes||3 Pound (1 Bunch, 2 To 3 Pound)|
|Cranberry juice||3 Quart|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cinnamon sticks||3 Small|
|Club soda||80 Ounce, chilled (5 Bottles, 16 Ounce Each)|
|Almond extract||3 Drop|
Day before: Freeze grapes in one bunch on cookie sheet overnight.
In large kettle, combine cranberry juice, sugar, allspice and cinnamon.
Heat to boiling, then simmer 10 minutes; strain, discarding spices.
Refrigerate overnight to chill.
Just before serving: Place frozen grapes in bottom of large punch bowl.
Add cranberry mixture, club soda and almond extract.
