Grape Punch

Ingredients
  White grape juice 1 Pint (600 Milliliter)
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Caster sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cloves 6
  Seedless green grapes 1 Ounce (50 Gram)
Directions

Place all the ingredients, except the grapes, in a large pan over a medium heat for 20 mins.
Add grapes and heat for a further 5 mins.
Remove the cloves and serve immediately.
