Frosty Golden Punch

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh mint leaves/1/2 cup dried mint 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned apricot nectar 12 Ounce, chilled (1 Can, 1 1/2 Cups)
  Canned frozen limeade concentrate 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned frozen pineapple juice concentrate 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ginger ale 8 Cup (128 tbs), chilled (2 Large Bottles, 7 To 8 Cups)
  Lemon sherbet 1 Quart
Directions

Combine sugar, mint leaves, and boiling water; stir to dissolve sugar.
Cool.
Chill.
Strain into chilled punch bowl.
Add lemon juice, apricot nectar, the concentrates, and ginger ale.
Top with scoops of lemon sherbet.
Garnish with mint leaves, or float thin slices of lemon or orange atop, if desired.
