Party Cranberry Punch

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Quart
  Water 1 Quart
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole cloves 5
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Apple juice 1 Quart
  Orange slices 3
Directions

Cook cranberries and water in a covered kettle until skins pop.
Puree berries, add sugar, cloves, rinds.
Stir thoroughly.
Chill.
Add the lemon and apple juice and stir to blend.
Serve immediately.
Garnish with thin slices of orange.
Makes approximately 21/2 quarts.
