|Pineapple||3 Cup (48 tbs), diced|
|Strawberries||1 Pint, sliced|
|Fruit sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Riesling wine/Moselle wine||2 Bottle (2 l), chilled|
|Dry canadian champagne||2 Bottle (2 l), chilled|
Stir fruits and sugar together.
Let stand until sugar melts, then add lime juice and 1 bottle of Riesling.
Chill until needed.
Pour over an ice block in a large punch bowl.
Add second bottle of Riesling and champagne just before serving.
Fills 30 punch cups.
