Wine Punch

Ingredients
  Pineapple 3 Cup (48 tbs), diced
  Strawberries 1 Pint, sliced
  Fruit sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Riesling wine/Moselle wine 2 Bottle (2 l), chilled
  Dry canadian champagne 2 Bottle (2 l), chilled
Directions

Stir fruits and sugar together.
Let stand until sugar melts, then add lime juice and 1 bottle of Riesling.
Chill until needed.
Pour over an ice block in a large punch bowl.
Add second bottle of Riesling and champagne just before serving.
Fills 30 punch cups.
