Claret Punch

Ingredients
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda water 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Lemons 2 , thinly sliced
  Pineapple 1 Small, sliced
  Maraschino liqueur 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Claret 3 Liter (4 Bottles)
  Champagne 26 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Strawberries 4
  Ice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Mix together the confectioner's sugar, soda water, lemons, pineapple and maraschino liqueur.
Allow to stand until ready to serve.
When ready, pour the mixture into a large punch bowl.
Add the claret and champagne.
Put in a large piece of ice and garnish with fresh strawberries.
