Raspberry Sauterne Punch
|Water||250 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Raspberries||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||250 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Orange juice||500 Milliliter (2 cups)|
Put the water and raspberries in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes.
Press through a sieve.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add the lemon and orange juice and pour into a punch bowl over a large block of ice.
Pour the chilled sauterne over the ice and garnish with fresh raspberries.
