Iced Cardamom Coffee In Punch Bowl
|Instant coffee||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cardamom||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Boiling water||2 Quart|
Mix the instant coffee, sugar, and cardamom in a heat-resistant bowl.
Pour in boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cool or chill.
When ready to serve, pour coffee over an ice mold in a punch bowl.
Ladle into punch cups and serve with a bowl of sweetened whipped cream and a crystal shaker of ground cardamom for guests to help themselves.
