|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Crushed mint leaves||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Raspberry juice/Loganberry juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||12 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Fresh mint sprigs||1|
Make double-strength tea by pouring 2 cups boiling water over tea.
Let steep for 5 minutes and strain.
Boil sugar with 2 cups water for 5 minutes.
Add crushed mint leaves.
Cool, and strain.
Combine tea, mint syrup, fruit juices, and 2 quarts water.
Just before serving add ginger ale.
Pour over block of ice in punch bowl; garnish with orange and lemon slices and sprigs of fresh mint.
