Fruit Punch With Brandy
|Cherries||1 Pound, pitted (500 g)|
|Sliced peaches||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sliced pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||250 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Orange juice||500 Milliliter (2 cups)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), dissolved in 1 cup (250 ml) water|
|Brandy||250 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Soda water||1 Quart|
|White wine||2 Liter|
|Pineapple juice||750 Milliliter (3 cups)|
Mix together the cherries, peaches, pineapple, lemon juice, orange juice, sugar water and brandy.
Put into the punch bowl about one hour before serving.
Add a large piece of ice and pour on the soda water, white wine and pineapple juice.
