Mulled Wine Punch

  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Whole cloves 4 Dozen
  Cinnamon sticks 6
  Crushed nutmeg 3
  Lemon 3 , peel to be used
  Orange 2 , peel to be used
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Hot)
  Red wine 3 Bottle (3 l)
  Lemon slices 12
  Pineapple chunks 12

Make a syrup by boiling water, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and peels.
Add hot juice to the strained mix.
Heat this well and add wine.
Serve very hot in coffee cups or mugs with a slice of lemon and a chunk of pineapple in each cup.
