Tea Punch

Ingredients
  Grated lemon rind 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Brown sugar 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Tea 2 Pint, strained (1.25 Liter, Freshly Made)
  Dark rum 10 Fluid Ounce (300 Milliliter)
  Brandy 6 Fluid Ounce (175 Milliliter)
  Soda water 1 Pint (600 Milliliter)
Directions

Put the lemon rind and sugar in a large bowl and crush together with the back of a spoon.
Pour in the tea and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Cool, then strain into a large serving bowl.
Stir in the rum and brandy.
If you wish to dilute the punch, stir in the soda water just before serving.
