|Brown sugar||6 Ounce (175 Gram)|
|Tea||2 Pint, strained (1.25 Liter, Freshly Made)|
|Dark rum||10 Fluid Ounce (300 Milliliter)|
|Brandy||6 Fluid Ounce (175 Milliliter)|
|Soda water||1 Pint (600 Milliliter)|
Put the lemon rind and sugar in a large bowl and crush together with the back of a spoon.
Pour in the tea and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Cool, then strain into a large serving bowl.
Stir in the rum and brandy.
If you wish to dilute the punch, stir in the soda water just before serving.
