|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon peel||4 Teaspoon, grated|
|Lemon juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon sherbet||2 Pint|
|Orange sherbet||2 Pint|
|Ginger ale||12 Ounce, chilled (2 Bottle)|
Combine sugar and 2 cups water; heat, stirring constantly, till sugar dissolves; cool.
Add 2 cups water, lemon peel and juice; chill.
Pour into chilled punch bowl; add scoops of sherbet, stirring till partially melted.
Pour ginger ale down side of bowl, stirring with an up-and-down motion.
Serve immediately in punch cups.
