Melonade Punch

  Watermelon 1 Large
  Fresh strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon flavored sparkling mineral water 5 Cup (80 tbs), chilled

Cut a thin slice from bottom of melon, if necessary, to prevent rolling; cut top third from other end.
Scoop pulp from melon, and remove seeds.
Use a U-shaped knife or paring knife to make decorative cuts around edge of melon shell.
Set aside.
Combine pulp and strawberries in container of an electric blender in batches; top with cover, and process until pureed.
Combine sugar and orange juice in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Add to pureed watermelon mixture; cover and chill.
Just before serving, stir in mineral water.
