Mulled Rose Punch

Ingredients
  Whole cloves 1 Tablespoon
  Whole allspice 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon sticks 2
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant tea 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen tangerine juice concentrate 6 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Frozen tangarine juice concentrate 6 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Frozen hawaiian punch 6 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Rose wine 4⁄5 Quart (3 1/3 Cups)
  Lemon slices 4
Directions

In 2-quart pitcher or bowl, combine spices, water and tea.
Cook uncovered, 5 minutes.
Remove spices.
Stir in tangarine juice, punch and wine.
Cook uncovered, 8 minutes or until hot.
