Economical Fruit Punch
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tea leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Ginger||2 , crushed (Big Pieces)|
|Orange squash/Pineapple squash||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||5 Tablespoon|
|Club soda||1 Bottle (1 l)|
Add some water to crushed ginger, and strain the juice.
Combine sugar and 1/2 cup water in a sauce pan and bring to boil.
Let it boil on low heat for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add tea leaves.
Strain the syrup when cold.
Mix syrup, orange squash, water, ginger juice and lemon juice.
Just before serving add soda to the syrup mixture.
