Ingredients
  Coffee 3 Cup (48 tbs), hot (strong)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon (plus 1 1/2 teaspoons)
  Skim milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Brandy extract 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine coffee and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Let cool.
Stir in milk and brandy extract.
Chill thoroughly.
