Wild Greens Punch Deluxe

|Wild edible greens||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Comfrey, Dandelion, Lamb's Quarters, Nettles, Wild Strawberry Leaves, Lemon Geranium, Watercress, Rose Petals, Squash Blossoms, Chickweed, Purslane, Or Nasturtium Flowers)|

|Frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened pineapple juice/Fresh apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Pour the boiling water over 1 1/2 quarts of shredded mixed wild greens, orange peel, and lemon peel. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain the mixture and sweeten with honey while hot. Cool.
2. Add the orange juice concentrate and lemon juice and make up to one gallon with pineapple juice or apple juice.
3. Put 1 cup of the punch in the container of an electric blender or food processor with the remaining cup of shredded greens. Blend or process well, strain, add to punch and chill.
