Hot Spicy Holiday Punch

Ingredients
  Apple juice 2 Quart
  Cranberry juice cocktail 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Whole cloves 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon sticks 2 , broken into pieces (3 Inch)
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
Taste the punch.
If it is too sour, add a little honey.
If too sweet, add more lemon.
If not spicy enough to suit, simmer longer.
Strain and serve hot from a glass pitcher or punch bowl
