Flavored Champagne Punch

Ingredients
  Orange 1
  Lemon 1
  Cognac/Cranberry-flavored liqueur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Triple sec/Orange-flavored liqueur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sparkling white wine/Pink/regular champagne 750 Milliliter, chilled (1 Bottle)
  Citrus strips 3 (For Garnishing)
Directions

Remove colored peel, not white pith, from orange and lemon in long thin strips with citrus peeler.
Refrigerate orange and lemon for another use.
Combine peels and cranberry-and orange-flavored liqueurs in glass pitcher.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 6 hours.
