Good luck with this Lemon Daiquiri Punch. This assortment of rum with fruit juice is really yum. Serve it in punch bowls-the way it should be!
|Ice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light rum||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Cointreau||180 Milliliter (6 Measures)|
|Bottled lemon juice||180 Milliliter (6 Measures)|
|Lemon||750 Milliliter (3 Cups)|
|Blue curacao||30 Milliliter (1 Measure)|
Place ice in punch bowl.
Add rum, Cointreau, lemon juice, flavoured mineral water and blue curacao.
Stir to mix.
If punch proves too tart, add a tablespoon of caster (superfine) sugar or serve punch in sugar-frosted punch cups.
