|Cranberry sauce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carbonated water||2 Quart|
|Ice cubes/Block of ice||5 Pound|
|Lemon slice||1 Small|
1. Make a syrup of the sugar and the hot water by cooking together until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved.
2. Add the cranberry sauce and stir until smooth. Put through a fine sieve and chill. Add lemon juice.
3. When ready to serve, place the block of ice in the punch bowl. Add carbonated water. Decorate with lemon slice.
