Minted Fruit Punch
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grapefruit juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oranges||6 , juiced|
|Lemons||6 , juiced|
|Crushed pineapple||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Creme de menthe||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||1 Quart|
Heat sugar and water together until sugar is dissolved.
Add the fruit juices, pineapple, creme de menthe, cucumber rind, and the peel of 1/2 orange.
Chill for several hours.
Remove cucumber and orange peel.
Add ginger ale; pour over ice in tall glasses.
