|Boiling water||2 Quart|
|Sugar||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Cold water||5 Quart|
|Canned pineapple juice||46 Ounce, chilled (1 Can)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted (1 Can)|
Combine citric acid and boiling water in a ceramic heatproof container; stir until citric acid dissolves.
Let mixture stand 24 hours.
Combine sugar and 5 quarts cold water; stir until sugar dissolves.
Add citric acid mixture, chilled pineapple juice, and orange juice concentrate; stir mixture well.
