|Canned pineapple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Tea||5 Cup (80 tbs) (Cold Weak Tea)|
|Ginger ale||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Strawberries||6 , chopped|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place sugar and water in a saucepan over gentle heat.
Stir until sugar is dissolved, boil for 2-3 minutes.
Cool and add fruit juices and tea.
Chill well and just before serving add cold ginger ale, passionfruit pulp, sprigs of mint, strawberries and crushed ice.
