Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned pineapple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Tea 5 Cup (80 tbs) (Cold Weak Tea)
  Ginger ale 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Passion fruit 2
  Mint sprigs 2
  Strawberries 6 , chopped
  Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place sugar and water in a saucepan over gentle heat.
Stir until sugar is dissolved, boil for 2-3 minutes.
Cool and add fruit juices and tea.
Chill well and just before serving add cold ginger ale, passionfruit pulp, sprigs of mint, strawberries and crushed ice.
