Pumpkin Tortellone All'Amatrice

Ingredients
  Pumpkin tortellone/Pumpkin tortellini 1⁄2 Pound
  Bacon slice 4 , smoked
  Plum tomatoes 6 , cut in to chunks
  Peperoncini 2
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Pecorino cheese 1 Ounce, shredded
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut bacon into tiny pieces.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, boil salted water.
3) In a pan, add bacon and peperondni and cook till crisp.
4) Discard peperondni and drain the drippings, keeping back about 1 teaspoon.
5) Mix in tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
6) Add pasta in boiling water and cook al dente.
7) Using a fork, mash tomatoes and add black pepper.
8) Drain pasta and add into 2 bowls.

SERVING
9) Add sauce over pasta and top with half the cheese.
