Spicy Pumpkin Catsup

Ingredients
  Canned pumpkin puree 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Apple/Pear 1 , cored and chopped
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a saucepan, add the ingredients and mix well. Place on low to medium heat and allow the mixture to simmer for an hour.
2. Pass through a food processor with steel blade to puree.

SERVING
3. Serve immediately or cool, cover and refrigerate till served.
