  Pumpkin 500 Gram
  Brown sugar 20 Gram
  Vinegar 20 Milliliter
  Salt 10 Gram
  Yellow color 2 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Boiling)
  Roasted sesame seeds 10
Directions

MAKING
1)Peel and cut pumpkin into small pieces.
2)Bring water to boil and mix in brown sugar, yellow color, vinegar, sesame seeds and salt.
3)Now add in pumpkin and continue to boil for 2 to 3 minutes until pumpkin is half cooked,

SERVING
4)Serve Nimono cold or hot.
