Pumpkin With Gram Pulse
|Chana dal||1 Tablespoon (pulse of gram)|
|Garlic paste||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Ginger paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato||3 , chopped|
|Red chilli powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pumpkin||1⁄2 Kilogram, sliced (peeled)|
|Garam masala||1 Tablespoon (It made by roasted cmin seeds and roasted red chilies)|
|Ghee||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Kari leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon, chopped (For garnishing)|
Soak daal for half an hour .Heat oil in a pan. and fry chopped onion till golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger paste ,salt ,red chili powder tomato and turmeric powder and peeled pumpkin . Fry them all till brown. Next add soaked daal chana and water to cook
till all ingredients become tender. Now remove in a bowl.
Sprinkle garam masala powder.
Now heat oil in a pan for baghar or tarka.
Put chopped oinion , white cumin seeds few whole red chillies and fresh kari leaves.
Onion becomes golden brown pour it the top of daal & pumpkin and serve it with hot NAN,Fresh salad,&Curd.
