Pumpkin In Foil
|Pumpkin||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Salted water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)|
Peel and trim pumpkin and cut into pieces.
Par-boil in a pan of salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
Place pumpkin on doubled aluminium foil, dull side out, add butter, salt and pepper.
Wrap securely and cook on the grid over medium coals for 10-12 minutes, until tender.
