Pumpkin And Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
  Cooked pumpkin/Mashed winter squash 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 Large
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1 teaspoon milk
  Milk 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts/Raw sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Thoroughly combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg.
Stir together flour, baking powder, spices, and salt.
Add to pumpkin mixture along with dissolved soda and mix well.
Stir in raisins, nuts, and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
Cool on wire rack.
