Sauteed Pumpkin

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , minced
  Pumpkin 1 Pound, peeled and sliced into pieces (Approximately 2 To 3 Inches Long And 1 Inch Wide)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Saute onion and pumpkin in butter and oil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add water, cover pan and steam for another 10 minutes, or until tender.
Season to taste and serve.
